How quickly can you start?
For compliance work that is already behind, usually within the same week — the first step is establishing exactly where you stand. Advisory engagements such as a valuation or due diligence are scheduled against the deadline you are working to.
What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. The initial discussion, and the written scope and fee that follows it, are provided at no charge and with no obligation.
Do you take on once-off work?
Yes. A single set of annual financial statements, one valuation, one business plan or one funding pack are all taken on as standalone engagements.
Can you work alongside our existing bookkeeper?
Often that is the better arrangement. A Virtual CFO engagement in particular is built to supervise and develop internal finance staff rather than replace them.
Where are your fees published?
Fees are quoted per engagement, banded by transaction volume or turnover. Ask for the current Services and Fee Schedule and it will be sent to you in full.
